Our favorite is the 6-hour luxury sail which takes you on a guided adventure to the infamous Molokini Crater and Turtle Arches where you will swim in the pristine waters of the Marine Reserve. More than 400 varieties of fish are found in the Hawaiian waters and more than 25% of these are endemic, meaning they are found only in Hawaii. Occasionally spotted are turtles, dolphins, whales, manta rays, and Hawaiian monk seals.

Aerial Yoga

In this special yoga practice, the hammock will allow the weight of your body to be more supported in the poses, so that it can release and stretch deeper into the muscles and tissues. Gentle inversions and the use of suspension help the body to let go and calm the parasympathetic nervous system.

22. AyurveDA DOSHA Consultation

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that means “the science of life.” This knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “mother of all healing.”

During this session, we will address your health goals and gather information for a complete picture of your personal mind-body system. Our individual constitutions are made up of the three Doshas, which are a central element of Ayurveda and the basis of a personalized approach to health. The three doshas are Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Each dosha is derived from the five elements and is representative of a unique blend of physical, emotional, and mental characteristics inherent in every individual.

By learning your body, it will reveal many ways you can stay healthy and in balance throughout the cycles of life. We will explore using herbs to better understand how to bring balance to your body.

Yin Yoga is a very simple practice, where you settle into a therapeutic posture or Asana for 3-7 minutes. This allows us to receive a deeper stretch and opening, while allowing our awareness to go more inwards to connect with our breath, thoughts and body sensations.
